The 2024-2025 Chico State Housing Application Priority Period begins February 19, 2024. Apply for housing and submit your intent-to-enroll to the University by April 19, 2024, to be eligible for the housing priority placement lottery. Students who apply and/or submit their intent-to-enroll after April 19, 2024 will be first come, first served.
Get Admitted to California State University, Chico
When you fill out the housing application we will ask you for your preferred communities make sure you learn about our Communities before you apply.
You will sign this legally binding while filling out the application. Once signed you are bound to the terms and conditions.
Housing payments are due in 8 installments (4 per semester). Please carefully review the published rates and installment due dates.
You will be expected to abide by all University Housing policies. Failure to do so could result in the termination of your license agreement.
This is where you will learn about when you will get to participate in roommate matching, get your room assignment, enter the parking lottery, and more.
Once you've thoroughly gone over University Housings policies and procedures, go ahead and begin your application!
Submit Your Intent to Enroll
In order to be placed in the priority placement lottery submit your intent to enroll by the end of the day on April 19th, 2024.
Please make sure to check your Chico State Wildcat email often for communications and assignment instructions from University Housing.
